Returns:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns.Furniture & Lighting Sales: Please contact us directly at sales@miminat.co.uk for inquiries about made-to-order furniture and lighting. All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Please note lead times will begin on receipt of payment and finalization of order details. Products will be shipped when the balance due is paid in full. For bespoke furniture fabric samples, please email us at sales@miminat.co.uk.

Product Descriptions:
Each product on our site is described as clearly as possible, and we take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep our site as up-to-date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on the site at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. We take all reasonable care to ensure product pictures provide as accurate a representation of the product as possible – please note that screen resolutions differ from device to device, and although we have made every attempt for color accuracy, please contact us if you have any questions. Colors may vary and display the product differently, according to your individual device, and we cannot be held liable for these differences. Although every effort is made to ensure that the goods purchased are 100% as described and free of damages and defects, due to the handmade nature of the majority of our products, there may be variations in the materials used or the finish due to the availability of materials used, which is absent in mass-produced goods. Minor imperfections or variations are to be expected in certain pieces and will not be deemed as defects or a reason for return. Approximate measurements of products are quoted on our site, and your failure to take note of the size of a product will not be deemed as a reason for its return. Shipping:
We offer international door-to-door shipping on all our products. Shipping lead times will vary depending on the location and product. International shipping costs must be determined by quote. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get back to you with a quote. If you require faster shipping on any of the products listed on our e-commerce site, please email sales@miminat.co.uk. From the 1st January 2021, all deliveries outside the UK may incur customs duty and local handling charges payable on delivery. These charges are payable by the customer and vary by the country. These additional local import charges are levied by the government in the country of import and not included in the delivery charges shown on our website. Goods cannot be rejected on import and refunded/returned due to these charges. Please note that while we always aim to deliver your product within the indicated dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays to any deliveries. Reasons for delay may be due to payment authorization, stock availability, or international customs clearance.

Damage:
We advise that you check your delivery as soon as it is received. If there is a problem with your order, please contact assistant@miminat.co.uk within two days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you promptly.
